Zach Johnston, Associate Broker, REALTOR, SRES
I have held an active real estate license in the state of Georgia since 2005 and am the Associate Broker of Providence Land and Home. I also hold licenses in Alabama and South Carolina. Throughout my real estate career I have represented buyers & sellers, renters & tenants, and national wireless telecommunication providers. As a skilled negotiator with experience in various aspects of the market, I understand and anticipate the needs of parties on all sides of a transaction, and I aim to provide the education, industry expertise and guidance to help my clients achieve their goals. I have the opportunity to work with a great team of agents at PLH! By business partner, Leslie Carroll, and I have worked together for years and work as a team in order to provide the highest level of customer support to our clients.
I particularly enjoy working with first-time home buyers and empty nesters looking to “right-size” in their golden years. While this may seem like opposite ends of the spectrum, these groups actually have a lot in common. First-time home buyers and empty nesters are entering new phases of life where there are a lot of variables to consider, from school districts and access to healthcare, to choosing the right sized home for their next season of life.
I have a background in Clinical Social Work, which translates very well to my work with real estate clients. The process of buying or selling a home can be confusing and stressful, and my goal is to provide my clients with guidance and industry expertise to make their experience as smooth as possible.
If you are considering selling or buying a home, give me a call today. I appreciate the opportunity to earn your business!
I look forward to working with you!
